Partnership Meeting in Burgas

On December 15th -16th, 2014 a Kick Off meeting was held in Burgas of the "Festival of Generations" project team. The project is supported by the Bulgaria-Turkey IPA Cross-border Programme (CCI NUMBER: 2007CB16IPO008-2013-3-040) under the third call for proposals and is implemented in partnership by Platform AGORA - branch Burgas, Secondary School "Episkop Konstantin Preslavski" - Burgas and Lüleburgaz High School , Turkey.
The meeting was attended by the project teams of the three partner organizations led by their leaders: the Principle of Lüleburgaz High School, Mr. Mehmet Selçuk, the Principle of Secondary School "Episkop Konstantin Preslavski" - Burgas, Mr. Martin Iliev and the Chairperson of Platform AGORA's Board of Trustees, Mrs. Emilia Lissichkova. In the festive pre-Christmas decorated hall of Hotel Bulgaria, the partners discussed the forthcoming activities and agreed on the schedule of their implementation. Among the topics of the meeting were the reporting procedures, sub-contracting, contract modifications and changes, visualization requirements of the programme, etc. Many issues related with the management, administration and communication of the project activities were discussed and agreed upon.
In the framework of the Kick Off meeting, the representatives of the Lead partner - Platform AGORA - branch Burgas and the Turkish partner - Lüleburgaz High School visited the Secondary School "Episkop Konstantin Preslavski" - Burgas where they attended the students' Christmas celebration.
The partners wished the new 2015 to be a successful and happy one and promised to work hard for the joint implementation of the project.
